• The York exit is the last exit before the toll, Exit 7
• Bear right off the ramp onto Spur Road East to Route 1
• Veer right at the light onto Route 1 South
• Follow Route 1 South through two sets of lights
• Sanford Institution for Savings is on the corner of Routed 1 and Route 91 (Cider Hill Road) just after Starkey Ford on the right
• Ballou & Bedell is located on the second floor of the bank building
• You may park in any available parking space and enter the building through either the main or rear entrances
• The second floor may be accessed by elevator or stairway

South Bound:

• The York exit is the first exit after the toll, Exit 7
• Stay straight (not right) on the exit ramp
• Take a left onto Spur Road East to Route 1
• Veer right at the light onto Route 1 South
• Follow Route 1 South through two sets of lights
• Sanford Institution for Savings is on the corner of Route 1 and Route 91 (Cider Hill Road) just after Starkey Ford on the right
• Ballou & Bedell is located on the second floor of the bank building
