We are located on the second floor of the Partners Bank of New England (formerly SIS Bank) building.  Our office is wheelchair accessible and can be accessed by elevator or stairs.

From I-95

Northbound:

• The York exit is the last exit before the toll, Exit 7
• Bear right off the ramp onto Spur Road East to Route 1
• Veer right at the light onto Route 1 South
• Follow Route 1 South through two sets of lights
• Partners Bank of New England (formerly SIS Bank) is on the corner of Route 1 and Route 91 (Cider Hill Road) just after Starkey Ford on the right.
• Our law office is conveniently located near the following areas in Southern York County: York, York Beach, Kittery, Wells, Ogunquit, Eliot, South Berwick, Berwick, North Berwick, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Sanford, Biddeford.
• Ballou & Bedell is located on the second floor of the bank building
• You may park in any available parking space and enter the building through either the main or rear entrances

Southbound:

• The York exit is the first exit after the toll, Exit 7
• Stay straight (not right) on the exit ramp
• Take a left onto Spur Road East to Route 1
• Veer right at the light onto Route 1 South
• Follow Route 1 South through two sets of lights
• Partners Bank of New England (formerly SIS Bank) is on the corner of Route 1 and Route 91 (Cider Hill Road) just after Starkey Ford on the right
• Ballou & Bedell is located on the second floor of the bank building
• You may park in any available parking space and enter the building through either the main or rear entrances
